Siena Streets

Christmas Day, 1992, Siena

After 3 months living in a top floor apartment with two girls from the United States and Germany, I met up with Chris and we took to the streets for some festive celebrations. The squares, alleyways, roads and markets were almost totally deserted. Not letting a perfectly wonderful photo opportunity pass, I set up my tripod on a very overcast and gloomy day and took these images while all of Siena was inside enjoying food, food and more food - and wine!
