With a background in art history, I often use styles, patterns, and images from historical sources and adapt them to other media.

Collections I have created, which rely on these sources, are:

• The Medieval Collection, a series of furniture pieces, boxes and other wooden objects painted with designs derived from the middle ages

• Historicards, a series of prints and greeting cards combining historical pattern and design in a new way
