Louise and Polly

This 'hands-on' collage was created at a workshop given by Jonathan Talbot, one of my favourite collage masters, using his "glueless" technique.

I've laways liked Louise Brooks as a silent screen icon so I placed her image centrally using a transfer technique. The parrot is the voice and the protector in this ensemble.
